WaiBOP Football is pleased to provide squad members with the following information regarding the Youth Futsal Championships 2022. 

Competition Details

• Dates: Thursday 15th- Sunday 18th December 2022
• Venue: ASB Sports Centre, Wellington           
• Format: 4-day tournament

 
Confirmation of attendance
 
WaiBOP Football is being represented by 12 teams across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato region. Teams will travel with a lead coach, assistant coach and manager.

Cost Per Player
 
WaiBOP can confirm the cost of entry to the 2022 Youth Futsal Championships is $750 per player. The costs cover the following:

• Accommodation and food 
• Air Fares 
• Van Hire
• Tournament charges
• Playing Kit
• Training

Accommodation Details

We are pleased to announce all teams will be staying at the Brentwood Hotel.

• Brentwood Hotel, 16 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6022.

Training kit and other apparel  

Training / warm up kit, travelling apparel and other items can be found at these shops for all Bay of Plenty Surge and Waikato Rapids teams. These items are not compulsory, and purchased at your own cost. Team playing kit will be provided by WaiBOP separately.

NZF Role and Responsibility
 
New Zealand Football will be responsible for both the delivery of the 2022 Futsal Youth Championships and the logistics of accommodation and travel.
