• Full FIFA rules start to apply
• Detailed offside, foul, and misconduct rules
• Rolling substitutions are recommended
• Equal playing time is recommended
• No retreating line rule
• Offside is from half way
• Emphasis on player development over winning
• Results are recorded and a table is kept

Formats:

U13 Y-League - single round robin, plus split into top 6, bottom 6.

U14 and U16 Y-League – Triple round robin (further rounds could be played once completed)
